We are continuing to grow and looking for hotel sales leaders to support and direct the sales efforts of hotels across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. These full-time, mid-level positions offer additional incentive programs and require little to no travel. Each Regional Director of Sales will be in control of the sales efforts of approximately 8-10 hotels simultaneously from a home office. Prospect, book and respond to inbound leads with a focus on corporate and group opportunities. This role is primarily responsible for providing a reactive sales effort, handling the administrative sales support and communication for the hotels in your portfolio. You would support the assigned RDOS, the on-site hotel team, and the clients of the hotels in your portfolio.
Sales Coordinators are responsible for a reactive sales effort, including:
- Response to group leads from brand, HotelPlanner, SMERF inquiries, and other sources
- Overseeing group bookings, including rooming list entry, cutoff and pick updates
- Entering data into the hotel’s CRM system, entry of sales-related packages, and promotions
- Participating in revenue management meetings for sales-related inventory management
- Providing additional support to the Regional Director of Sales as needed

Our sales professionals work with an average of 8-10 hotels, overseeing the proactive and reactive sales effort for each property. Our Regional Directors of Sales are responsible for generating revenue for each hotel through everything from responding to incoming leads, prospecting for new business, and managing each hotel’s group, local negotiated and corporate accounts, to creating a strategy to shift share from competitors the market.
A Regional Director of Sales is responsible for generating revenue.
