A Regional Director of Sales is responsible for generating revenue. Some of the daily tasks include market research, prospecting for new business, making prospecting calls and sending emails, responding to incoming leads, replying to inquiries and RFPs, sending out contracts, booking new business, communicating consistently with the on-site teams in their hotel portfolio, and making a direct impact on our partners’ investment in their growth.
Our Regional Directors of Sales each oversee a portfolio of 8-10 select service hotels on average. However, there is no cap on the number of properties a Regional Director of Sales can support. At JE, we believe in results. How each person achieves them is an individual matter. We do not support a culture of micromanagement. We entrust our team members to be in control of their own workload. We champion work-life balance and ensure our expectations are clear, so decisions are easy.
We do not have a cap on the number of sales professionals we are searching for to join the Jacaruso team. We are constantly on the hunt for new talent as we continue to grow. We welcome all qualified hotel sales experts to apply for the role of a Regional Director of Sales at any time.
A hotel Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of a hotel’s sales effort. Working as a dynamic team with a Regional Director of Sales (RDOS), they help each property get farther, faster. The Sales Coordinator and RDOS work collaboratively to develop sales strategies, respond to leads, proactively prospect, manage client relationships, and support the overall sales process. Their partnership helps streamline sales operations, maximize revenue, and achieve the hotel’s sales objectives.
A vibrant and upbeat personality enables a Sales Coordinator to bring positive energy and enthusiasm to their work. They have excellent communication skills to effectively convey important information and build strong relationships with hotels and potential clients. Their attention to detail ensures that a client’s every need is met. With a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills, they can prioritize leads and prospects when managing multiple sales inquiries simultaneously. Your individual portfolio is a shining example of your exceptional work ethic, collaborative spirit, individual talents, and ability to achieve remarkable results. We believe in your capabilities and commit to providing you with the necessary support, resources, and opportunities to thrive.
