Jacaruso Enterprises, Inc. is excited to partner with your hotel to provide Relief Sales Service. Designed to assist hotel operations teams during and after natural disasters or catastrophic events, this service focuses on critical sales activities, guest management, and disaster recovery efforts. Your hotel team can remain focused on delivering exceptional guest service and managing day-to-day operations, while we handle the sales-related tasks.

Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client, whether acting on behalf of themselves or an entity (“you”), and Jacaruso Enterprises, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning the Emergency Relief Sales Service. By entering your information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Pricing
You agree to purchase Jacaruso Relief Sales Service at the current published price. Your service will begin effective immediately.

Payment Terms and Schedule
Our service requires a 30-day minimum commitment. Cancellation by either party is permitted after this time. A written cancellation notice is required to avoid any financial penalties and/or fees associated.

  • Service is billed as a monthly recurring fee.
  • All payments must be submitted electronically using the JE AutoPay System.
  • Payment must be remitted via ACH debit or credit card. Jacaruso Enterprises, Inc. does not accept paper check as a valid payment method.
  • Prior to your start date, you will be billed for the first month’s service fee.
  • You will be billed each month on the same date corresponding to the initial service start date. Example, if the service start date is on the 5th, you will be billed on the 5th of each month.

What’s Included:

  • Dedicated Remote Sales Expert
  • Sales and booking support to handle inquiries, optimize pricing, and prioritize high-value business
  • Response to incoming leads & RFPs for all catastrophe-related inquiries
  • Operations assistance to manage billing for emergency stays, communicate to/from the brand, provide room availability updates, and deliver detailed booking reports.
  • Emergency organization coordination with FEMA, Red Cross, and other agencies to manage room blocks, rate approvals, and payment agreements.
  • Administration of group business, critical timelines, and communication with the onsite team.
  • Participation in revenue management meetings to ensure the property is maximizing revenue opportunities.

What We Need From You to Onboard Your Hotel
We work hard for you, AND we can’t do it without you! Here’s what we need from you to begin service:

  • On-property contact who will collaborate and communicate promptly with the sales expert
  • Login access to all brand systems including hotel’s inventory and rates system, RFP system, group platform, and all lead channels i.e., Cvent, Lanyon, HotelPlanner, Book My Group, etc.
  • Access to rate parameters, blackout dates, group ceilings, and availability
  • Commitment to honor all group and negotiated rates, based on parameters, and demand calendar set by the hotel

Confidentiality Trust Statement of Liability
Before and during the term of Agreement, Jacaruso Enterprises, Inc. will have access to confidential and proprietary information, including, but not limited to, information concerning the Hotel’s products and technologies; customer relationships; personnel; sales and marketing; processes; and other compilations of information, records, and specifications.

Jacaruso Enterprises, Inc. will not disclose any of the proprietary information directly or indirectly, nor use it in any way, either during this Agreement or at any time thereafter, except as reasonably required or specifically requested in the course of this Agreement with the Hotel or as authorized in writing by the Hotel.

Proprietary information does not include information that is otherwise publicly known or available, provided it has not become public as a result of a breach of this Agreement or any other agreement Jacaruso Enterprises, Inc. has to keep information confidential. It is not a breach of this Agreement for Jacaruso Enterprises, Inc. to disclose proprietary information in response to an order of a court or other governmental or legal body.

Data Share Authorization
Sharing your hotel’s sales data within the franchise is an option that optimizes revenue generation by allowing us to collaborate on how we can better service your hotel, leverage available resources, and maximize your franchise fees. Recaps and reports may be shared with franchise associates assigned to your property and stakeholders at the franchise corporate office to enhance our Emergency Relief Sales Service program. If you prefer not to share your data, a written notice is required to opt out of data sharing.

All information will remain protected and confidential from anyone outside of the franchise office. The confidentiality trust statement still applies.

Restriction on Hiring Jacaruso Employees
Jacaruso Enterprises has made a substantial investment in recruiting and training its employees. By agreeing to purchase Relief Sales Service, you are acknowledging that all Jacaruso Enterprises employees have restrictive covenant agreements that prohibit them from working for you directly absent Jacaruso Enterprise’s express, written approval. Accordingly, you agree that you will not directly or indirectly hire or otherwise engage any Jacaruso Enterprises employee during the employee’s restricted period. In the event of a breach of this provision, Jacaruso Enterprises will be entitled to any and all remedies available to it at law, and will specifically be entitled to its attorneys’ fees and costs associated with pursuing those remedies.
