Overview of the position:
Our team is looking for energetic self-starters with proven sales experience to join our team. Each Regional Director of Sales will support the sales efforts of approximately 7-10 hotels simultaneously from a home office with little to no travel required. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years focused service on-property experience at a branded hotel within the last 5 years.
-This is a contract position and does not include benefits
-One-year contract, full-time, renewable annually
-Average salary is $75-$85K

-3+ years on-site sales experience at a focused-service brand for a major hotel chain, such as Hampton, Comfort Inn, Wyndham and Holiday Inn brands within the last 5 years
-Ability to respond quickly to all internal communication and external customers
-Meticulously detailed multi-tasking skills
-Generate leads and prospect to identify demand generators
-QUICKLY respond to all leads that come from the property or electronically
-Manage the RFP process
-Manage guest communication for group bookings and negotiated accounts
-Maximize programs and promotions offered by your hotel’s brand
-Manage online presence through TripAdvisor and other social media channels
-Analyze historical data to infiltrate existing accounts
-Uncover opportunities for occupancy during low demand periods, increased rate during peak nights, and assistance with development of revenue management strategies when needed
